On May 10, 2021, the Georgia legislature enacted Act 299, HR 144, Part II, which officially designated the intersection of GA-81 (Loganville Hwy) and GA-316 (University Pkwy) as the JUDY HILL LOFTIN, LPC MEMORIAL INTERCHANGE

On September 4, 2021, the dedication ceremony was held at Winder-Barrow high school.
